Program Overview
BDC Capital's suite of lending products are designed to do the following:
• Improve working capital
• Lessen the cash flow impact on your term borrowings
• Increase your advance rates on equipment and real estate assets
• Strengthen your current balance sheet
BDC Capital's term financing options customizes a borrower's cash flow requirements while meeting your current bank's lending parameters. It is designed to leverage your assets to the fullest without diminishing your company's working capital position. BDC Finance will also unveil its new asset-based lending product with a $500,000 to $3,000,000 range that has been specifically tailored to small and medium-sized businesses who have encountered gaps in that capital market space. It is a great cost effective alternative to companies who have the following characteristics:
• Temporary earnings issues
• Balance sheet leverage
• Conventional lenders who do not possess the in-house capacity to fully follow these credits
• Collateral shortfall
BDC Finance is not intended to compete with current conventional asset-based lenders, but to compliment and possibly participate with them if a borrower hasn't totally conformed with technical asset-based standards. Since BDC Capital is certified by the Small Business Administration as a preferred lender, they have a unique advantage of having the federal government guaranty their loans.
